CCC Engineering was engaged by Maizon Projects to deliver electrical services design for a new three-storey light-industrial warehouse development in Condell Park. The project transformed an existing two-storey general warehouse site into a modern facility incorporating basement parking, office accommodation, amenities, reception areas and staff facilities. The design required full electrical documentation suitable for competitive tender and Complying Development Certificate (CDC) approval, ensuring the project could proceed efficiently to construction while meeting NCC 2022 and relevant Australian Standards.
