Cre8 Co engaged CCC Engineering to deliver the mechanical design for Mind Games, a high- concept retail and experiential fitout occupying two levels of a heritage-style commercial tenancy along Broadway. The project aimed to transform an existing open-plan shell into a museum-like interactive retail environment featuring themed zones, display galleries, and customer engagement spaces. CCC Engineering was tasked with developing compliant, efficient mechanical systems to support comfort, air quality, and the creative architectural vision while navigating the constraints of an existing naturally ventilated building.

- Mechanical Services Detailed Design for Levels 01 & 02
