Impac Group engaged CCC Engineering to deliver full mechanical and electrical design services for a boutique residential development in Nelson Bay. The project comprises 12 high-quality apartments across three levels, with a single basement carpark and on-grade parking. CCC Engineering was appointed to provide detailed design suitable for Construction Certificate approval and competitive trade tendering. The goal was to create efficient, compliant, and comfortable living spaces within a compact coastal site, aligning with Port Stephens Council requirements and BASIX commitments.
Our Role
- Full mechanical and electrical detailed design documentation
- Heat load and maximum demand calculations
- Design of air conditioning, ventilation, and exhaust systems
- Embedded network and lighting design (general, exit, and emergency)
- NCC 2022 Amendment 2 and AS/NZS compliance certification
