Project Snapshot

Elanco Animal Health engaged CCC Engineering to deliver mechanical design services for the refurbishment of their existing Block R animal holding facility at Kemps Creek. The upgrade aimed to modernise a single-storey building used for animal research and welfare, improving environmental control, safety, and compliance. The refurbished spaces included multiple cat rooms, animal holding zones, kitchen, and study areas. CCC Engineering’s role was to provide a compliant, energy-efficient HVAC solution that maintained controlled air quality and comfort levels for sensitive laboratory environments, ensuring the facility met stringent operational and legislative standards.

Our Role
