The client required a streamlined, compliant design solution suitable for Development Application, Building Permit approval, and competitive trade tendering. CCC Engineering provided a practical, cost-effective electrical design tailored to industrial tenancy requirements, ensuring compliance with NCC 2022 and relevant Australian Standards while maintaining program efficiency.
