CCC Engineering was engaged to deliver electrical engineering design services for a new Class 7b industrial development at 3 Rutile Place, Beard ACT The greenfield project comprised multiple warehouse units with internal mezzanines, kitchenettes, and amenities, designed to support flexible light-industrial and storage uses. The client required a streamlined, compliant design solution suitable for Development Application, Building Permit approval, and competitive trade tendering. CCC Engineering provided a practical, cost-effective electrical design tailored to industrial tenancy requirements, ensuring compliance with NCC 2022 and relevant Australian Standards while maintaining program efficiency.
