Independent Monitoring Consultants engaged CCC Engineering to deliver full building services design for a new two-storey commercial development at 33 Forge Street, Blacktown. The project involved converting an existing industrial site into a modern facility featuring a bespoke Physical Containment Level 2 (PC2) Laboratory, along with offices, a loading dock, and parking areas. The goal was to provide a safe, efficient, and compliant environment suitable for advanced laboratory operations and general commercial use.
