Georgina Wilson Associates engaged CCC Engineering to deliver comprehensive building services design for a multi-unit residential extension at 34 Warners Avenue, North Bondi. The project involved upgrading and extending an existing Class 2 dwelling comprising four individual units, each impacted by the proposed architectural works. CCC Engineering’s role was to provide coordinated, compliant and constructible design solutions for all building services, supporting the architectural vision while ensuring seamless certification and tender readiness.
