CCC Engineering was engaged to deliver multi-discipline building services design for a Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) dwelling in Dubbo, regional NSW. The NCC Class 3 development required mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic engineering design suitable for high physical support occupants, with compliance documentation for a Complying Development Certificate (CDC) approval pathway.
This project demonstrates CCC Engineering's ability to service clients across regional NSW, delivering the same standard of engineering design and compliance documentation regardless of location. The SDA classification introduced specific requirements for accessibility, safety systems, and environmental comfort that go beyond standard residential design.
