CCC Engineering was engaged to deliver mechanical services design for a new two-storey Class 7a and 7b industrial development in Yatala, Queensland. The project involved the construction of a modern warehouse and office facility on a brownfield site, incorporating warehouse space, offices, reception, boardroom, lunchroom, amenities, and compliant DDA facilities. The client required a practical, construction-ready design that integrated seamlessly with architectural and structural documentation, achieved NCC compliance, and supported efficient delivery to site.
