CCC Engineering was engaged to deliver full building services engineering design for a Class 2 residential development at 52 Hopetoun Street, Oak Flats on the NSW South Coast. The multi-unit residential project required coordinated mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and hydraulic design across all four engineering disciplines.

The project scope included hydraulic design by MAS Building Hydraulics (water supply and sanitary drainage) and fire protection design by Global Fire (fire detection and occupant warning systems). CCC Engineering managed the overall coordination and delivered the mechanical and electrical engineering design, ensuring a cohesive documentation package for approval.
