Anjuman-e-Burhani Mosque Trust engaged CCC Engineering to deliver the mechanical design for a new two-storey community and education centre in Auburn. The project involved the redevelopment of an existing brown-fill site into a purpose-built facility featuring classrooms, a commercial kitchen, staff amenities, and accommodation for on-site cooks. The design brief required a cost-effective and compliant solution to support Development Application and Construction Certificate approvals while ensuring comfort, ventilation, and energy efficiency for a diverse range of building uses.
