CCC Engineering was engaged to deliver full building services engineering for the extension and fitout of an existing three-storey Sikh Temple in Glenwood. The project involved expanding the eastern façade and creating new functional spaces including meeting rooms, amenities, a bride dressing room, museum, Parshad preparation room, offices and storage areas. The works required carefully coordinated services design within an operational place of worship, ensuring compliance with NCC 2022 and relevant Australian Standards while supporting a Complying Development Certificate (CDC) approval pathway.
