The project comprised a Class 7a and 7b facility including basement parking, warehouse space, offices, amenities, kitchen, and associated support areas. The client required a practical, compliant design suitable for Construction Certificate approval and competitive trade tendering. CCC Engineering provided a streamlined single-stage detailed design, ensuring the building’s ventilation and air conditioning systems were efficient, code-compliant, and aligned with the architectural intent.
