Anytime Fitness engaged CCC Engineering to design a compliant mechanical ventilation system for their new fitness club at Castle Hill. The project formed part of a broader fitout within a newly built mixed-use retail and residential development. CCC Engineering’s scope focused on designing a dedicated ventilation system that met all NCC 2022 and AS 1668.2 requirements, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable ventilation for the facility’s amenities. The design was developed in coordination with the builder and mechanical contractor to integrate seamlessly within tight spatial and construction constraints.
