CCC Engineering was engaged to deliver full mechanical and electrical design services for the Bunnerong Gymnastics fitout within an existing light industrial complex in Botany. The project transformed dedicated warehouse units into a vibrant community gymnastics facility, including a gymnasium, reception, party room, staff office, and accessible amenities. The design required practical, compliant, and cost-effective building services solutions to support high-occupancy activity spaces while enabling a smooth Construction Certificate (CC) approval process. CCC Engineering provided a single-stage detailed design tailored for competitive tender and efficient construction delivery.
