CCC Engineering was engaged by a private strata lot owner to deliver specialist electrical engineering services for a site inspection and formal defects report on the existing electrical installation at a strata unit in Randwick. The report informs proposed renovation works within a strata building serviced by an embedded network arrangement.
The brief required an independent technical assessment of the existing site main switchboard, house distribution board, dwelling switchboards, general lighting and exit/emergency lighting, with clear identification of defects and recommendations to bring the installation to current compliance.
