Escape Bathhouse engaged CCC Engineering to provide comprehensive building services design for the transformation of a heritage building in Roseville into a contemporary wellness and hydrotherapy retreat. The new fitout features treatment rooms, saunas, steam and ice baths, and a central pool, blending modern engineering systems within a heritage shell. The project's goal was to create a tranquil, energy-efficient environment that meets NCC 2022 standards while respecting the architectural integrity of the existing structure.
