CCC Engineering was engaged by 365 Plumbing to provide mechanical and electrical design services for a new two-storey childcare centre at 116 North West Arm Road, Gymea. The project involved transforming an existing residential site into a compliant, high-quality early learning facility for forty-seven children and eight staff members. The design aimed to deliver a comfortable, energy-efficient, and acoustically controlled environment that met stringent National Construction Code (NCC 2022) and Australian Standards while supporting the client’s commitment to quality, safety, and long-term operational efficiency.
Our Role
- Mechanical and electrical engineering design for Construction Certificate and tender.
- Heat load analysis, ventilation, and air conditioning system design.
- Car park exhaust and toilet ventilation systems.
- Emergency, exit, lighting, and power distribution layouts.
