Project Snapshot
CCC Engineering was engaged to deliver building services engineering for a new on-site distillery facility in Greta, NSW. Following Development Approval from Cessnock City Council, the project required detailed mechanical and hydraulic documentation to support Construction Certificate approval and demonstrate compliance with key statutory conditions, including stormwater discharge, mechanical exhaust, water utility requirements, and bushfire protection. The scope focused on delivering practical, compliant solutions tailored to a purpose-built production shed, ensuring operational efficiency and regulatory certainty.
