SLC Design Group engaged CCC Engineering to deliver mechanical and hydraulic services design for the MIDA's Cafe & Grill fitout at Shop U1, 456 The Esplanade, Warners Bay. The fitout converts an existing retail space into a full-service food and beverage venue with juice bar, coffee station, full commercial kitchen, front-of-house seating, dedicated amenities and back-of-house office.
The design was tendered through competitive trade pricing and supports a Complying Development Certificate pathway, allowing construction to commence over two stages.

- Mechanical services design including kitchen exhaust, outside air and natural ventilation
- Plant space and reticulation mark-ups for stakeholder coordination
- Hydraulic sanitary drainage and trade waste design
- Cold and hot water reticulation
- Gas supply and reticulation design
- Equipment schedules, scope of works and tender forms
- High-level budget estimates for fitout works
- Design Certificates to NCC 2022 and AS 1668.1/2 and AS 3500-2021
