TMK Building Services engaged CCC Engineering to deliver hydraulic engineering design for a six-unit Class 1a two-storey townhouse development at 3 Wascoe Street, Leura. The development incorporates a 20,000L fire water tank installed between Units 4 and 5 to meet NSW Rural Fire Service (RFS) compliance requirements applicable to Blue Mountains Bush Fire Prone Land.
The brief required tank connection design and supporting hydraulic services to support a Complying Development Certificate pathway, working from architecture by Universal Designs and the RFS general terms of approval issued for the site.
