Project Snapshot
CCC Engineering was the single point of responsibility for a new World Gym at 31 Victoria Road, Castle Hill.
We delivered all four building services disciplines under one team. The fitout spans ground and upper ground levels across Class 5, 6 and 9b areas.
Our design covered mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire protection to NCC 2022. Delivering every discipline in house kept the design coordinated and the program tight.
Our Role
- Mechanical ventilation and cooling for high-density gym floors (AS 1668.2)
- Smoke hazard management design (AS 1668.1)
- Electrical lighting, power and distribution with Section J compliance
- Communications and main switchboard design
- Hydraulic water, sanitary and drainage for amenities and wet areas
- Fire protection services design and coordination
- Coordination across all four disciplines under one program
- Design certification to NCC 2022 and Australian Standards
