CCC Engineering delivered the mechanical services design for the new Xtraclubs day spa at Tenancy B13, Canberra Centre.
The Class 6 wellness tenancy sits inside a busy, operating shopping centre in the Canberra CBD. We designed the ventilation and air handling for a humid spa, sauna and bathhouse environment under NCC 2022.
The design manages moisture and humidity, connects to the base-build systems and meets Section J energy requirements. It was documented for tender and certified for compliance, keeping the fitout program on track.
