The Sutherland Shire is a single LGA covered by Sutherland Shire Council, with planning governed by Sutherland Shire LEP 2015 and Sutherland Shire DCP 2015. Major centres span Cronulla, Caringbah, Miranda, Sutherland CBD, Engadine, Menai, Kirrawee, and Gymea, each with their own character. The Shire's Royal National Park boundary creates bushland buffer constraints on a meaningful share of properties, particularly through Menai, Engadine, and the western edge of the LGA.

Our Pitt St office is roughly a 30 minute drive from most Sutherland Shire locations. We attend site meetings, coordinate with local contractors and certifiers, and manage Sutherland Shire Council and private certifier submissions for CC, CDC, and DA pathways. Most fitouts and new builds turn around in 5 to 10 working days from receiving complete architectural drawings.
