Fire pump sizing, selection, and specification for diesel, electric, and jockey pumps. Pump room layout, suction and delivery pipework, and test header design to AS 2941.
Hazard classification reports, coverage analysis, and sprinkler type selection. We check ceiling shape, obstructions, and special areas, then document everything clearly.
Zone design, pressure requirements, and flow calculations for all fire systems. This includes remote area calculations, pipe loss modelling, and pressure checks at the most remote design point.
We work with Fire and Rescue NSW, private certifiers, and the water authority. This includes BCA referral documents, Fire Engineering Brief and Report support, and fire safety schedule preparation.
NCC compliance reports, fire safety schedules, and certification letters in the format certifiers need. Written in plain language so there are no delays.
RFI responses, shop drawing reviews, site inspections, and witness testing during construction. We handle the final inspection and sign-off so you can submit for your occupation certificate.
All fire protection designs follow the NCC 2022 and the relevant Australian Standards. Our compliance documents are set up so certifiers can review and approve without asking for more information.
