CCC Engineering builds hydraulic systems that work from day one. Every pipe is sized right. Every system meets NCC 2022 and AS/NZS 3500. And everything is coordinated with the other services in the building.
Full hydraulic services from water supply to stormwater, gas lines to trade waste, all coordinated with the full building services package.
Hot and cold water system design. This covers pipe sizing, pressure zones, hot water loops, and legionella risk control. Meets AS/NZS 3500.1 and 3500.4.
Sanitary drainage design. We handle fixture unit counts, stack sizing, vent pipes, and grease trap sizing for commercial kitchens and trade waste. Meets AS/NZS 3500.2.
Stormwater drainage for roofs, podiums, and paved areas. We size detention tanks, design subsoil drainage for basements, and build OSD systems to council rules.
Roof drainage layout, rainwater head and downpipe sizing, and overflow design. Rainwater harvesting systems with tank sizing, treatment, and supply for toilet flushing and irrigation.
Natural gas and LPG pipe design. We calculate demand, size pipes, set pressure levels, and design appliance hookups. All coordinated with the gas authority and mechanical team.
Booster pump design, sump pump setup, and water tank sizing. We plan duty/standby setups, pump controls, and water storage for fire and daily use.
We select and place backflow devices for all risk levels. We also design sub-meter layouts and size water meters to meet NCC WaterMark and council billing needs.
We coordinate drainage holes through slabs, walls, and footings. Sleeve lists, fall needs, and builder's work drawings go to the structural and architectural teams early.
NCC 2022 compliance reports, hydraulic certificates, and plumbing documents. Written to meet certifier, council, and Sydney Water (or equal authority) needs.
All our hydraulic designs follow NCC 2022 and AS/NZS 3500. We prepare compliance documents as standard. We issue hydraulic certificates when the certifier or consent authority needs them.
