Western Sydney sits across Blacktown City Council, Cumberland City Council (Auburn, Granville, Merrylands, Lidcombe), Penrith City Council, and Fairfield City Council, each with their own LEPs (Blacktown LEP 2015, Cumberland LEP 2021, Penrith LEP 2010, Fairfield LEP 2013). The dominant building types are industrial estates and distribution warehouses at Wetherill Park, Eastern Creek, Smithfield, and Yennora, plus Westfield-anchored retail at Mount Druitt, Blacktown, and Penrith.

Healthcare at Blacktown Hospital and Mount Druitt Hospital, plus residential growth-corridor housing in Riverstone and St Marys, round out the project mix. Engineering drivers we plan around in this region include UPRCT on-site detention at 470 cubic metres per hectare across the Parramatta River catchment, large-warehouse fire compliance under AS 2118.4 and AS 2118.6, industrial process exhaust loads, BAL bushfire ratings on the outer Penrith fringe, and aviation noise zones near RAAF Base Richmond.

Our Sydney CBD office sits roughly 40 minutes from most Western Sydney sites along the M4. We attend site meetings across Blacktown, Wetherill Park, Eastern Creek, Penrith, and Auburn, and coordinate council and certifier review across the four LGAs.
